What’s on in February 2018?
Saturday 3rd February 10am
Staying mobile with Sciatica! This workshop is the perfect way for anyone who suffers with Sciatic pain to learn how to activate the glutes and strengthen these muscles to reduce Sciatic pain, learn to stretch and mobilise the pelvis and lower back. This is a practical workshop so wear workout clothing or comfortable clothing. At the end of the workshop you will have the opportunity to speak with our Back Care Specialist who can offer you further advice or discuss how to bring regular exercise into your routine to manage your back care.
Saturday 10th February
See how long you can hold a Ski sit and where you place on our leaderboard! The person at the TOP of the leader board at the end of the winter olympics will WIN a well deserved Deep Tissue massage of the legs with our very own Sports Therapist – Chris.
Monday 12th February – 18th February
It’s MYSTERY WEEK! That’s right, this week the classes on the timetable get a mis-mash! Times will still be the same and you can book online via our GloFox app but other than knowing if the class is a Mystery for ALL, Mystery for the hard core, Mystery for the soft at heart etc each class will be a surprise!
Time to shake things up and push you out of your comfort zone, challenge your body and have some fun!

Tuesday 13th February 11am
Entertain the children this half term with a Pebble Painting session, once your pebbles have been painted you can hide them wherever you like, when someone finds them they will share their very special find on the ‘Plymouth Pebble Art (UK)’ page.
Our Pebble Art painting session is just £2.50 and will be raising money for Cancer Research UK. Tea, coffee, juice and biscuits will be available to purchase too.
Feel free to share the Pebble Art love by sharing our event with your friends and family, the more the merrier.

For those who want to earn their cake join us for a workout at 9.15, place a donation into our Charity Pot, get sweaty and then enjoy a nice cuppa in good company.
