How to store your almond milk?

I simply store in the fridge in a glass bottle. Because it is so easy I do tend to make mine fresh each day so only make what I would need daily and I tend to have a constant supply of soaked nuts.

Taste the difference

You will certainly taste the difference between the freshness of your own almond milk and the processed, thicker consistency of ship bought, plus you are safe in the knowledge of what ingredients you have in your milk, your nuts are activated by soaking so are rich in live enzymes, loaded with vitamin E, B Vitamins, Vitamin D and calcium.
