Front of House
We have a Front of House Vacancy at FitER Health Club. We are seeking someone to join our team on a part-time basis to assist in the administrative and basic operational duties of the club. Duties will include welcoming members and guests, customer contact via phone call and emails, answering online queries and administrative duties.
Our fitness staff are more than just instructors they are coaches and they are involved in every aspect of the club operations. Our coaches deliver all of the classes held at FitER and we do not use outside instructors, this means that our clients get a consistency in service and care. Fitness coaches are expected to have a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology and be able to work with a diverse array of clients including special populations. Our fitness staff should have the ability to deliver group fitness training sessions such as aerobics, S&C, toning classes etc. All Fitness staff will receive further coaching and training in their delivery of fitness training and group fitness if this is not an area of expertise.
We also have an exciting new service range due for release in 2018 which requires fitness coaches working with our corporate clients, we welcome interested parties to apply for this position. All successful applicants will be required to work a minimum of 1 shift in club per month to ensure continuity in service and quality assurance.
We have vacancies for both a part -time fitness instructor and those who would like to join our casual list/weekend team.
We welcome applicants to both the front of house and fitness staff position. The two positions may be combined for the right candidate. Apprenticeships will be considered.
Club opening hours are 9am – 1pm and 4pm – 8pm Monday to Thursday; 9am – 1pm and 4pm – 7pm Friday and 8/9am – 12pm Saturday.
Corporate sessions will be dependant upon the client.
